Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 17, paragraph l) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14th, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) is not applicable to the purchase of tickets or services related to leisure activities with a specific date.

2. Refund Policy

Since the event has fixed dates and limited capacity, tickets and experiences purchased are non-refundable after purchase, except in case of total cancellation of the event under the organizer's responsibility.

3. Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer

• Cancellation: In case of definitive cancellation of the event, the holder will be entitled to a refund of the full ticket value.
• Postponement: If the event is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the customer demonstrates the impossibility of attending on the new date, they may request a refund within 30 days of the announcement.

4. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend (No-show) on the date and time scheduled for the experience, regardless of the reason (illness, delay, personal motives), does not entitle the customer to any refund or credit.

5. Weather and Force Majeure

The festival takes place regardless of weather conditions. In situations of force majeure (disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the organization will evaluate alternative solutions, such as the issuance of vouchers, as appropriate.
